I was visiting there about ten days ago and talking to Anne about knitting and spinning and weaving and quilting. I told her I’d send a link to some quilting with perle cotton. Here’s a link:
There’s a blog and podcast that was called http://www.stashresolution.com and she has an etsy shop as well. She has moved that site but you can still get there from the stashresolution address. That was where I first started seeing the running stitches with perle cotton.
I really enjoyed my visit to the studio and will plan to stop in any time I’m visiting my sister in Dadeville. Thanks for your hospitality.
Thanks, Billie! I’ll pass it on to Anne. We look forward to seeing you next time!
I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all of you at the shop, but especially Ann! I spent quite a few hours with her on Saturday learning about weaving. It has been a very long time since I have been inspired to do anything creative but thanks to Ann, I have not stopped thinking about all of the possibilites of my new found love…”WEAVING”. I felt so at home in your shop and have told all of my friends about it. I can’t wait to continue this new adventure and explore the world of weaving, especially SAORI.
